DAYS AND HOURS: 24/6 (Day off can be a Monday or Friday)

Accommodation provided – Sleep in the nursery with the baby with own bathroom.

DESCRIPTION: 

This lovely first-time hands-on parents are looking for a loving, professional and experienced 24/6 baby nanny to care for their baby son who was born mid-December 2024 and will be 6.5 months old when the position starts on 30th June. The ideal candidate can support them with the 6-8/9-month-old stage and is very confident with guiding the parents.

The role will be for approximately two months for July and August, to work 24/6. The day off is flexible but ideally a Monday or Friday. They may also need the candidate to travel with them for a few weeks over the summer.

They have 24/6 support from their current maternity nurse who started when the baby was born but she is only able to stay with them until the end of June. The mum plans to return to work in September and would like 24-hour support until she returns so they may want to extend the booking until September.

The parents would like a maternal, nurturing and supportive maternity nurse/nanny to support with all aspects related to a 6-month-old baby and to help advise them through the weaning process and other developmental milestones. He is already in a good structure and they like a routine and structured kind approach.

The ideal person will be very experienced, confident, knowledgeable, patient, and adaptable. They also want someone who is passionate about babies’ development up to a year old, and who has experience with supporting first time parents.

They want to work in a team with the maternity nurse and would like you to be compassionate, flexible and calm. They are a professional, warm, kind, and welcoming family who will treat you well.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 10 years working as a qualified maternity nurse and nanny with excellent checkable references.
